Job Summary
To provide technical oversight to Food for the Hungry Construction Projects. Ensure successful implementation of all Construction infrastructures and initiatives.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
v Key Result #1: Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects
v Key Result #2: Network, Partnership and Community Mobilization
v Key Result #3: Quality Assurance – Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation
v Key Result #4: Risk Management and Compliance
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of previous experience in design and Construction work supervision with development agency.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, GPS mapping software is added advantage.
- Good command of oral and written English is a must, local language skills are an asset. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative, a team leader able to work with minimum supervision
Cross-cultural sensitivity and emotional maturity
Motor Riding and/or Driving Skills is an advantage
