Purpose of the Job
To ensure efficient and effective operation of the Communication of the organization
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
v Key Result #1: Develop and implement effective internal communications strategy
v Key Result #2: Manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside of our company.
v Key Result #3: Build and strengthen Organization brand and culture
v Key Result #4: Develop communications to support FH Visibility
Requirement
- Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or similar field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working with a large and complex organization
- Perfect verbal and written English, good presentation and reading skills with the ability to effectively communicate and positively influence. Pays attention to detail
- Vibrant personal relationship with Christ
- Proficiency in Photo and video-editing skills and basic computer programs such as word and PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
