Palladium is seeking a Finance and Compliance Manager for an anticipated project with USAID in Uganda. The FCM is responsible for complying with all financial and procurement standards of USAID and prudent management of resources availed to the contract. Minimum
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field;
- Eight (8) years of experience managing, in increasing roles of responsibility, finance, procurement, contracts management, logistics and/or human resource related matters for international development activities of similar dollar value;
- Demonstrated supervisory experience;
DESIRED
- Working knowledge of and/or experience with USG-funded program management, policies, regulations, and procedures is desirable;
- Familiarity with managing donor funded procurement, financial reporting and compliance requirements.
