To identify, produce and deliver a suitable Safeguarding training pack, (course, manual, case studies for discussions, training material) for CIP country and project staff, and applicable implementation partners, in full compliance with CGIAR, CIP, Donor and country statutory requirements. The training course and developed material will raise awareness and introduce key safeguarding issues and scenario management to the applicable audience to build and strengthen a culture that understands potential risks to children and vulnerable adults and acts to prevent abuse.
The training course should include a manual that can be used both internally and externally by staff and partners with minimal adaptation for context.
Deliver the training in four country locations: Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya.
