Frontline AIDS is looking for a consultant or consultancy group to take on a piece of work to conduct a mid-term review of the Uganda Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Umbrella programme This will be a process evaluation looking at how the project has progressed to date, challenges, successes and will inform the direction of the project during the last two years.
We are seeking proposals from individuals or consultancy groups with the following skills and experience:
· Substantial experience in conducting process evaluations of health, SRHR or HIV programmes
· Experience in undertaking assessments using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
· Experience working in an international development context
· Understanding of participatory evaluation approaches
· Ability to systematically analyse and present complex data and information
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Ability and commitment to deliver the expected results within the agreed period of time
· Able to travel within Uganda
