Job Summary: Monitor the sections daily productivity, analyze section work performance and propose solutions to improve work productivity on a timely basis. Train Mechanics and reinforce their technical and organizational capacities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive / Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution
- Possession of a degree is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar or higher position.
- Knowledge of car diagnosis and repair /service is a MUST.
- Experience in wiring and installations, servicing, repairing and maintenance of diesel and petrol driven generators ranging from 4KVA to 400KVA units or higher.
- Experience in understanding schematic diagram and lay out of all electrical aspects of generator installation, including connecting generator to the electrical systems of the residences and offices in clean and tidy manner and with evenly distributed voltage.
- Experience in supervising workshops of similar size.
- Experience in spare parts management.
- Good judgment, strong communication skills and high integrity.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and accountability.
- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Commitment to the organizational values.
