The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 13 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.

Prince's Trust International is HRH, The Prince of Wales' newest charity: created to enable The Prince's Trust to build on its 40+ years of success in the UK, by sharing its experience and expertise with governments and NGOs around the World who are similarly seeking to tackle youth unemployment and its related challenges. Our mission is to make a significant contribution to improving the lives of young people by partnering with governments, NGOs and corporations around the world building upon the successful work of The Prince's Trust in the UK. We are entering a period of growth and seeking to expand our existing teams.

This role will drive growth of our programme activity - working with local delivery partners to build capacity and capability to ultimately deliver great programmes that result in positive outcomes for our young people in the designated region.

You will manage strategic implementation plans to scope potential new countries and develop pilot programmes in these whilst building a growing existing delivery. We seek to work to the highest quality standards and to ensure the health and safety of all the young people we work with as well as the well-being of our colleagues and partners.

Closing date: 1 January 2019
Interviews will be held on the 14th January 2019.

We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
