Job Title: Finance and Administration Director (Uganda Nationals Only)

Key Result #1 – Coordination and organizational operations enhancement
Key Result #2 – Oversight and general management of administrative units
Key Result #3 – Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and IT Policies and Procedures
Key Result #4 – Grant Management Key Result #5 – Audit and compliance
REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (Preferably in Finance)
• Ten years of experience out of which four years should be on a managerial position preferably in
NGO or INGO setting
• Experience in dealing with institutional donors, like USAID, DFID, UN, etc
• Highly developed leadership, influencing and communication skills, internal marketing and demonstrable capability in relationship building at all levels.
• Experience in performing audits and reviewing controls and systems
• Vibrant personal relationship with Christ
• Sun systems, MS-word and MS-excel knowledge
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
